British Gas ground source project

British Gas ground source projectWork has begun on a 16kW ground source heat pump installation for Tackley village hall in Oxford.

Funded through the Green Streets programme, a £2 million community based scheme from British Gas, this is the first ground source heat pump to be installed under the programme.

Therma Rise has been awarded the contract to design, supply and install the ground source heat pump, fan convector based distribution system and also setup data monitoring for the system. British Gas data analysts will be able to monitor the system remotely via 30 minute data logging to a website.
